All new SGT Brokers are given an in-house orientation course. This program facilitates their integration in the company and helps them familiarize themselves with the company’s operations and procedures.
Because SGT understands the importance of being well informed and up to date on all Industry matters, we have a number of well trained and experienced instructors to provide all our drivers with continuous, ongoing training.
Professional training adapted to specific and individual needs is made available to all our drivers and brokers to help them improve their skills and acquire new ones.
A substantial recruiting bonus is offered to any employee who refers to us an international Broker who is hired by the Company. This referring employee is also entered in our annual draw for a valuable prize.
A signing bonus, based on level of experience, is offered to all new experienced international Brokers hired in one of SGT’S divisions.
Brokers who have obtained a class 1 (Quebec) / AZ (Ontario) / A CDL (USA) driving permit from a driving school recognized by SGT may be eligible for reimbursement of all or part of their registration fees.
